Do tego momentu szłam przez subsidiary jako "spółka zależna". Spółki stowarzyszone też występują jako gatunek, a jakże.

i nabądź Kompendium, w którym spółka zależna nie istnieje. Istnieje tylko jednostka zależna jako subsidiary
czy różnica pomiędzy "j.z." i "s.z." po polsku jest rzeczywista/istotna. Jeśli nie, to chyba można napisać "subsidiaries" w obu przypadkach - w pierwszym punkcie jest dodatkowe doprecyzowanie ("których bilanse...")
... to ja mam takie, że tu będzie więcej kffiatków, ale jak określić grupę, w której jest first-tier subsidiary i second-tier subsidiary, to za skarby nie wiem. Nawet, jeśli pominąć bezpośrednie sformułowanie "jednostka zależna". Jakieś vertically related subsidiaries mi chodzą po głowie, ale czy mnie target audience (księgowy) nie przeklnie...?
Z zalinkowanego raportu (2 akapit) wynikałoby, że "jednostka zależna" to pojęcie z Ust. o rachunkowości, "spółka zależna" z ksh, ale czy to ma jakieś przełożenie na angielski??? (gut feeling = nie).
