Zadałem już podobne pytanie, ale zostało usunięte, bo było za długie (zawierało za dużo pojęć). :(
Teraz postarałem się je skrócić.

Chodzi mi, w zasadzie, wyłącznie o ten przyimek, bo nie jestem pewien czy poprawnie po polsku nie powinno być "na koncie". W ten sposób, jednak, opisywane są plany kont, np.: ewidencja prowadzona jest do konta 010.
