Continental Airlines news release: Operating revenues rose 11.1% to $2.27 billion while operating expenses climbed 6.1% to $2.4 billion net of special charges in both periods. Operating loss shrank from $224 million last year to $135 million. At the unit level, passenger yield per RPM fell 3% to 11.78 cents on a 10.8% rise in RPMs. With passenger capacity up only 6.3%, mainline load factor gained 3 points to 72.6%, driving a 1.2% increase in passenger RASM to 8.55 cents.

  -> wiem i zdziwiło mnie to. Nie mogękomentować treści wstawionej przez autora. Chciałoby się powiedzieć, "gets what he/she deserves". Asker też nie może nic z tym zrobić. W ofóle to przypuszczam, ze chodzi o obłożenie trasy, ale to już moje cudowanie :-)

Ciekawi mnie, co w oryginale stoi za \"w rejsie...\".
Myślę, że z mojej propozycji można spokojnie wyrzucić \"for a single flight\". \"Współczynnik wykorzystania\" to średnia arytmetyczna, która dotyczy jednego lotu, bo przecież jest liczona jako iloraz liczby pasażerów przez liczbę lotów w określonym czasie (np. \"in the first nine months\".
W sumie proponuję \"occupancy ratio\" - i chwatit.

drobna korekta: \"...iloraz liczby pasażerów przez liczbę miejsc w rejsach w określonym czasie...\" , żeby było ściśle :-)
