Dotyczy ona dobrostanu zwierząt - praw regulujących jego zasady, opracowań, konferencji i szkoleń z tego zakresu w poszczególnych krajach należących do sieci. Służy dzieleniu się doświadczeniami i informacjami w gronie instytucji i osób zainteresowanych dobrostanem zwierząt. Utworzono już jej angielskojęzyczną wersję prezentującą rozwiązanie tych zagadnień przyjęte w Polsce - Animal Welfare w AgroWeb Poland.
