We wszystkich analizach mikroskopowych posługiwano się mikroskopem epifluorescencyjnym, z cyfrową rejestracją obrazów.
Na uzyskanych obrazach zliczano *wyznakowane komórki*, obliczano wartość średnią, a następnie przeliczano na liczbę komórek w jednostce objętości cieczy fermentacyjnej."
Właściwie chciałam się tylko upewnić w swojej koncepcji, ale poczekam na odpowiedzi. |
