Nadal nie rozumiem, na jakiej podstawie jesteście przekonani, że to dewaluacja. Nie ma kontekstu. Czytacie między wierszami? Skokowe obniżenie może mieć 1001 przyczyn. Jeżeli nie jest do ręczny dekret rządowy, to nie jest dewaluacja.
