Polish term or phrase: kopia dokumentu oryginalu (in this context)
OK - IMO the obvious translation would be "copy of the original document".
However, in the context of the text below this doesn't seem quite logical, as the Zamawiajacy (Orderer) already has a copy and so would probably want an original if the photocopy he received was unclear etc.

Could this be "the copy's original document" in this context:

Dokumenty wymagane w Ofercie moga byc przekladane w formie oryginalow lub kserokopii poswiadczonych przez Oferenta za zgodnosc z oryginalem. Zamawiajacy zazada przedstawienia kopii dokumentu oryginalu lub notarialnie poswiadczonej kopii dokumentu wylacznie wtedy, gdy przedstawiona przez Oferenta kserokopia jest nieczytelna lub budzi watpliwosci co do jej prawdziwosci.
