Jeszcze jedna uwaga. Propozycja dotyczyła sytuacji w Polsce. W krajach gdzie nazwa funkcjonująca w obrocie może się różnić od nazwy spółki lub przedsiębiorcy używa się też bardzo często "trading as" Przeważnie w nawiasie, po "właściwej" nazwie.
