W tekście firma krótko charakteryzuje swoje produkty i usługi, przedstawia ich zalety, wymienia klientów, którzy korzystali z jej usług (wraz z kalendarium), i na końcu podaje swoje dane kontaktowe. W dokumencie nie ma żadnych cen czy stawek.
Myślę, że oferta ,,wstępna’’ oznacza ofertę ,,ogólną’’ – czyli że szczegóły omawia się już z konkretnymi klientami.
