Znajduje się w niej taki punkt:
"Zleceniobiorca oświadcza, że posiada ubezpieczenie OC prowadzonej przez siebie działalności."
Mam problemy ze zgrabnym i odpowiednim stylistycznie wyrażeniem się.
Czy poniższe tłumaczenie jest poprawne?
