Może przemawia przez mnie zmęczenie, ale nie potrafię zrozumieć, co autor miał na myśli:
Elementem mającym wpływ na wysokość taryfy przesyłowej jest m.in. wynagrodzenie majątku.
Przy założeniu, iż wynagrodzenie z części majątku, która była współfinansowana ze środków unijnych, nie będzie wliczane do podstaw ustalania taryfy, można zakładać, iż poziom taryfy dla klientów ostatecznych będzie niższy, niż gdyby inwestycje te były realizowane bez wsparcia ze środków UE. |
