scrub nurse Explanation: Opis np tutaj: www.waycoolsurgery.com/team/scrub.shtml, a definicja tutaj: http://www.bartleby.com/61/41/S0174150.html Przy okazji - 'scrub' wzięło się właśnie stąd jak mniemam, że chodzi dosł. o 'pielęgniarkę, która się myje do operacji'. A myje się do operacji właśnie po to żeby przywdziać jałowy ubiór a następnie, w warunkach aseptycznych, asystować chirurgowi/-om - przygotowywać pole operac., podawać/odbierać instrumenty itp. (w gwarze nawet się mówi 'instrumentować'). I komentarz do poprzedniej, moim zdaniem błędnej, odpowiedzi: 1. perioperative nurse to szersze pojęcie, oznaczające pielęgniarkę pracującą na bloku operacyjnym, w oddziale pooperacyjnym, w gabinecie zabiegowym etc. - w Polsce może to być instrumentariuszka 'czysta', 'brudna', pielęgniarka anestezjologiczna, pielęgniarka z oddz. chirurgii etc. 2. circulating nurse to tzw. 'brudna' instrumentariuszka - ta, która nie pracuje w warunkach aseptycznych 3. First Assistant - w Polsce obowiązki F.A spełniają młodzi chirurdzy (często średniomłodzi lub zupełnie niemłodzi i utytułowani specjaliści, w zależności od stopnia, pardon, zachłanności szefa) |
