Kabli się nie buduje tylko (w tym konteksćie) instaluje, układa itp. A rozróżnienie sugerowane przez askera to np. "cable suport construction works" vs. " cabling" or "cable laying". Trzeba mieć cały kontekst, żeby wiedzieć w jaki sposób "cable system is devised" etc.
