Chodzi o odbiór prac, niezupełnie budowlanych bo konserwatorskich, po ich całkowitym skończeniu. Nie ma rozdzielenia etapu technicznego z innym, bo jest to ściśle powiązane z częścią estetyczną. Zatem prawdopodobnie chodziłoby o określenie zawarte w punkcie pierwszym
