sirloin pork flavored with the aroma of juniper smoke

Explanation:
Certainly not "covered" nor "breeze". If the meat itself is smoked (various aromas sometimes come "bottled") , then "juniper smoked sirloin pork" would be much better.

agree  Caryl Swift: Possibly,of course, the client needs to be consulted as to the aroma's source...; could I also suggest 'juniper-smoked'?

agree  Mariusz Kuklinski: flavoured; zwrot źródłowy operuje pewną świadomą emfazą i dlatego jest rozgadany. Dłuższa fraza docelowa lepiej oddaje to rozgadanie i dotrzymuje rytmu .// I couldn't agree more, depending on your target market ;-))

-> The only problem is that in English, flavoring (or flavouring, depending on which side of the pond you come from) something with "smoke" is not very appealing to most people, whereas the reaction is very different to a food that is juniper-smoked.

neutral  clairee: juniper smoked sounds more natural, "flavoured" sounds more like the flavour was not necessarily achieved in the process of smoking (?)
