"Non-graded" stosowane jest w odniesieniu do różnych rodzajów mięsa - wołowiny, wieprzowiny, drobiu, baraniny. Jest to po prrostu mięso, które nie zostało sklasyfikowane pod względem jakości, więc wydaje mi się, że to będzie odpowiedni termin.
