Cooking / Culinary | | Polish term or phrase: pieprz czerwony (zielony) vs. papryka czerwona (zielona) | red (green) pepper vs. red (green) capsicum byłoby ok?
Problem jest jeszcze w tym, że pieprz zielony, to niedojrzały pieprz czarny, zaś pieprz czerwony to nazwa używana jako potoczne określenie wielu różnych przypraw, m.in.:
Suszonych owoców pieprzu kajeńskiego
odmiany 'Cayenne' papryki rocznej
dojrzałych owoców pieprzu czarnego o czerwonym zabarwieniu
owoców Schinus terebinthifolius
pieprzu gwinejskiego
A ja mam tylko listę przypraw i tam te papryki i pieprze - żadnego większego kontekstu. |
