The capacityof the boiler is sufficient to contain the fermentor capacity. The unit consists out of an insulated boiler heathed by a gasburner, and a insulated stainless steel filled column. The column is provided with an integrated reflux to maximize the separation capacity. The rectification is accomplished by entering the inlet of the cooling water in lower part of the column and the return through the upper part. The cooler is positioned next to the column. The to of the cooler a temperature indicator is positioned. On the outlet of the cooler the eprovette is mounted. The eprovette is constructed in such a way, in line measurement of the alcohol percentage is possible. That's not all. You have to store and mature the distillate. Preferably in oak casks.
