Kontekst to: "Zaplecze, jakie stwarza obiekt (budynek), stanowi coraz ważniejszą część składową działań biznesowych" (z tekstu o zarządzaniu nieruchomościami komercyjnymi). Facility pasuje tu bardziej do obiektu, a zaplecze? Próbowałem tak:
The workplace constituted by a facility (an estate) becomes an increasingly vital component of business activity.
Ale jestem świadom, że to nie jest rzeczywiste tłumaczenie.
Będę wdzięczny za wszelkie rady. Autor tekstu lubi to słowo, pojawia się ono parukrotnie (np. tworzenie odpowiedniego jakościowo zaplecza).

Dopiero teraz widac, ile znaczy jedno slowo. Przez back office rozumiem ta czesc biura/budynku, do ktorej nie wchodza klienci. Natomiast w tekscie zrodlowym chodzilo o cala materialna strone firmy. Mimo tego bardzo dziekuje za pomoc!
