Social Sciences - Economics | | Polish term or phrase: bieżączka | Termin nie pochodzi z żadnego tekstu, ale ostatnio dość często byłem nim atakowany. Skojarzenia budzi jednoznacznie negatywne. Ja spotkałem się z nim akurat w kontekście wydatków samorządów, ale można znaleźć także inne sposoby jego wykorzystania. Jakieś propozycje?
