o co chodzi? Na razie mam 'distinguished inhabitants of Małopolska' Czy można inaczej zrozumieć ten tytuł? Po co ta dwukropka?

Dwukropka IMO mogłoby tu nie być. "Distinguished inhabitants" brzmi tak, jakby chodziło tylko o niektórych - o tych, którzy już się czymś wyróżnili. A tu chodzi o to, że wszyscy Małopolanie mają klasę, a po tym kursie będą mieli jeszcze większą :) Make better, ale też w znaczeniu: refine, make nobler, enhance the quality.

Może być jeszcze: refined/sophisticated/polished population.
