"Artistic sense" oddaje wszystkie znaczenia, tak samo jak "zmysł artystyczny" - jednak autor oryginału chciał szczególnie podkreślić zmysł plastyczny i raczej nie powinno się zubażać tłumaczenia o ten element.

Chyba że z całości tekstu wynika, że ten element nie jest istotny - wówczas faktycznie można dać ogólnie "artistic sense".
