Jak należy tłumaczyć Wykonawcę w SIWZ, formularzu Oferty stanowiącej załącznik do SIWZ, czy Programie Funkcjonalno-Użytkowym? Czy jest to Contractor czy Tenderer lub Bidder? Pewnie użyłabym Contractor, ale patrzę na zasoby FIDIC w Internecie i zwątpiłam. Z góry dziękuję za pomoc.
