chodzi o ochronę środowiska i ogólnie ujmując badanie wpływu zmian cywilizacyjnych na środowisko, znalazłam "environment science", ale wydaje mi się to dosyć ogólna nazwa po ang., a polska jest dosyć specyficzna.
ABSTRACT: This paper contains a synthesized profile of sozology and ecophilosophy, sciences of the end of the 20th century. Sozology is defined as the science of the systematic protection of the biosphere from the destructive effects on it from the anthroposphere. On the other hand, ecophilosophy is understood as the science whose object of study is the essence and nature of the socio-natural environment, its quantitative and qualitative properties and the causal dependence between the anthroposphere and biosphere. I hope that both these sciences will enter permanently into the world’s educational systems in the 21st century.
Ja bym była ostrożna, jeśli chodzi o "sozology". Termin został stworzony przez Polaka. Jeśli wyniki wyszukiwania Googlem zawęzi się do Wlk. Brytanii to zostaje ich 7. Jeśli do USA - 181. Wśród tych, które przejrzałam, nie było ani jednego tekstu, który nie występowałby w kontekście polskim, ew. wschodnioeuropejskim. Żadnych tekstów pisanych przez rodowitych Anglosasów. Słowo nie funkcjonuje w żadnym słowniku/encyklopedii, które udało mi się znaleźć. Kilka artykułów (autorstwa polskich uczonych) proponujących wprowadzenie tego terminu do języka angielskiego, ale jakoś brak odzewu z drugiej strony, który dopuszczałby swobodne użycie terminu w tekście przeznaczonym dla angielskojęzycznego odbiorcy. Ja bym potraktowała opisowo, a w nawiasie ewentualnie dodała "sozology", z małym wyjaśnieniem, że jest to "term coined by a Polish geologist, W Goetel". Oczywiście nie przejrzałam wszystkich 181 wyników z wyszukiwarki, więc bardzo możliwe, że coś mi umknęło.
Abstract
The conservation and renewal of natural resources demands complex research of ever-increasing importance. The purpose of this research must be the setting up of basic theoretical principles and legal norms for the overall conservation of Nature and the formulation of practical recommendations. The correlation and interdependence of the elements of Nature and the natural processes on one hand, and human activity on the other, must be the starting point for this research.
