Do Askera: Niestety TLAs (three-letter acronym - też akronim) jest tylko nieco ponad 17 tysięcy (26 do trzeciej potęgi), stąd też może być w tym względzie pewien deficyt. Fachowcy z branży komputerowej (i pokrewnych), gdzie popyt na TLAs jest szczególnie duży, martwią się, że może to być przyczyną zahamowania rozwoju tych dziedzin :)

Jeszcze o akronimie: nasuwałoby się TDE, ale taki nie funkcjonuje, a TDX jest zarezerwowany dla psa, który znakomicie przeszedł test tropienia (Title earned by a dog that has passed an AKC dog excellent tracking test).

Co do CoI, to znalazłem tylko:
Cost of Insurance (C.O.I.) - This is the insurance company's cost to provide the death benefit, depending on the insured's age and health. C.O.I. is a fixed price per thousand dollars of insurance, e.g., "$3.48 per thousand."
