perform/record adjustments to/write-offs of accounts receivable Explanation: ewentualnie elegancko 'perform fair value adjustments of accounts receivable' albo - ale tu już jednoznacznie obniżka wartości należności: 'record impairment of accounts receivable'. to ostatnie jest zgodne ze słownictwem międzynarodowych standardów rachunkowości (IFRS) ale jako takie, funkcjonuje raczej w słownictwie konsultantów, niż zwykłych księgowych. -------------------------------------------------- Note added at   14 godz. (2008-07-06 11:52:17 GMT) -------------------------------------------------- problem polega na tym, że po polsku mamy termin, który może oznaczać zarówno odpisy na wątpliwe należności, wycenę w innej walucie jak i ponowną wycenę (wg innych zasad wyceny). po angielsku stosuje się konkretne określenia na każde z tych zjawisk. dlatego można zdecydować, że w aktualizacji należności najczęściej chodzi o odpisy na wątpliwe należności i wybrać write-offs, można wybrać ogólniejsze 'adjustments', ale to zawsze będzie kompromis. |

W "The Accounting Act", Art. 35b.1 czytamy:"RECEIVABLES shall be REVALUATED depending on the degree of probability of their receipt by making revaluation write-offs." Co odpowiada polskiemu: "Wartość należności aktualizuje się uwzględniając..." Koledze chodziło o ten właśnie termin.
