Bardzo dziękuję za błyskawiczną podpowiedź i źródła. Dotarłam do weterynarza i dowiedziałam się, że "surowiec rzeźny" to jednak nie to samo co żywiec, a produkty uboju, więc zasadniczo raczej "slaughter products", lecz klient faktycznie stosował ten termin w znaczeniu zwierząt do uboju, więc termin "livestock for slaugher/slaughter livestock" jak najbardziej pasował. Natknęłam się także na termin "uboczne surowce rzeźne nieprzeznaczone do konsumpcji", co było przetłumaczone jako "slaughter by-products not for human consumption", z czego także by wynikało, że "surowiec rzeźny" to produkty uboju.
