Mam problem z tym terminem - wydaje sie dosyc ryzykowny, z uwagi na australijskie znaczenie terminu "milk bar" (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Milk_bar). Jak to obejsc? :) Chodzi oczywiscie o taki typowy, PRLowski bar mleczny.

Dość nieśmiała propozycja, ale diner ma pewne cechy wspólne z barem mlecznym - to coś mniej niż restauracja, otwarte od rana i można tam zjeść np. jajecznicę na śniadanie, zwykle jest dość tanie i niezobowiązujące.

Pracowałam kiedyś w takim i właśnie z barem mlecznym mi się kojarzyło... to było niezapomniane miejsce ;)

neutral  allp: To "dairy" jest równie daleko posunięte jak słowo "mleczny" w wersji polskiej. Co serwowano w barach mlecznych? - pierogi, mielony, fasolkę po bretońsku, kaszę gryczaną... sam nabiał :)
