Aha, żeby nie było wątpliwości - wypowiedzenie warunków pracy lub płacy nie jest rozwiązaniem stosunku pracy, ani tym bardziej zwolnieniem. Dopiero nieprzyjęcie przez pracownika nowych warunków skutkuje rozwiązaniem umowy o pracę za porozumieniem stron. A więc nie ma tu mowy o \'dismissal\' czy \'leaving\'
