najbardziej pasuje mi ta propozycja oraz "outstanding leave entitlements" ponieważ jasno określają, że chodzi o niewypłacone świadczenia, dwóch osób nie mogę jednak nagrodzić :-(

Holiday credit" is time paid for a holiday when an eligible employee does not work on the holiday. All regular employees with regular work schedules receive the same number of holidays for which they are eligible per year. To those under an employment relationship covered by free right during the employment relationship would a holiday compensation of corresponding size be paid. The calculatory pay during special maternity, maternity, paternity and parental leaves would in these cases be added to the wage paid during employment in the holiday qualifying year. At the termination of the employment relationship, holiday compensation would be paid to the employee for the annual holidays not used, in accordance with the regulations on the determination of annual holiday pay.

neutral Marek Daroszewski (MrMarDar): nie chce sie czepiac, ale przynajmniej w przykladach nie dotyczy to "urlopu *wypoczynkowego*"; tylko 'dni ustawowo wolnych od pracy'

  -> nie mieszaj. Chcialeś koniecznie dac neutral? To trzeba było najpierw dokladnie poszukac w googlu czy moja wersja jest na pewno nieodpowiednia. Na tej samej zasadzie ja mogłabym Ci też dać neutral. Reguły proz sa nieco inne
