Polish term or phrase: Panie Piotrze

Mam do przetłumaczenia z polskiego na angielski rozmowę telefoniczną agentki ubezpieczeniowej z polskim klientem w Wielkiej Brytanii, w której ona nieustannie zwraca się do niego "Panie Piotrze". Nie mogę się zdecydować, jak to przetłumaczyć. Brytyjczycy powiedzieliby albo "sir", albo po prostu "Piotr". Pierwsza wersja jest zbyt oficjalna, druga bardziej poufała niż wersja polska. Żadna nie oddaje tego tonu półoficjalnej poufałości, jaką ma "panie Piotrze". Jak byście to przetłumaczyli?

Po prostu 'you', w rozmowach tego typu nikt chyba nie zwracałby się per "sir", czy nawet "Mr. Kowalski". Mr. Kowalski usłyszałbym, gdyby łącze zrywało i rozmówca chciałby się upewnić, że go słyszę, a on mnie :-) [...] Mr. Kowalski, do you hear me? Oh, that's much better, so as you said the claim you issued back in 2004 [...].
Kiedyś rozmawiając z działem obsługi klienta w Anglii kobieta zapytała mnie, czy może zwracać się do mnie po imieniu. Po czym i tak użyła go może ze dwa razy w czasie całej rozmowy. Byłem 'you'; i ona też.
