Bo chodzi o stopień rozwoju <b>sektora</b>, a nie samych firm. Zamiast small and business... można dać żargonowe SMB lub SME, je¶li s± powtórzenia. Zamiast number of można chyba dać "saturation of SME sector", będzie eleganciej ;) , a znaczeniowo blisko.
