WYDAJE MI SIĘ, że te dwa terminy pojawiają się po to aby odróżnić użytkowanie (np. ciągłą czynność a ramach firmy) i tymczasowe korzystanie przez pracowników (czyli zgodę na korzystanie dla prywatnych celów). Ale zapewne tylko autorzy mogą to definitywnie potwierdzić.

Propozycja. Przydało by się więcej kontekstu, dlaczego to rozróżnili. Usufruct to użytkowanie uregulowane prawnie, w zasadzie prawo użytkowania na zasadzie umowy. Use to po prostu korzystanie z czegoś, używanie czegoś.
