gwarancja jakości - quality warranty
Np. Art. 557.1
Sprzedawca jest zwolniony od odpowiedzialności z tytułu rękojmi, jeżeli kupujący wiedział o wadzie w chwili zawarcia umowy.
The seller is released from liability under implied warranty for defects if the buyer knew of defects at the time the contract was executed.
