enforcement-clause proceedings

Explanation:
albo bardziej opisowo: "proceedings for appending the enforcement clause".

Analogicznie, skoro wniosek o nadanie klauzuli wykonalności to "petition for appending the enforcement clause".

A raczej jednak będzie to "declaration of enforceability" - patrz Discussion.

neutral  Polangmar: "Enforcement clause" w znaczeniu "klauzula wykonalności" pojawia się wyłącznie w polskich tekstach: http://tinyurl.com/7c4wvq4 (w tekstach anglosaskich ten termin występuje w innym znaczeniu).
