Jednak Wariant .. niesie ryzyko uzyskania przychodu przez Spółkę, jeżeli Urząd Skarbowy uzna, że środki uzyskiwane przez Związek, jako dotacja nie będą także dotacją na rzecz Spółki, tzn. spółka nie będzie podlegać zwolnieniu przedmiotowemu, o którym mowa w art....
