Moim zdaniem "do wiadomości sądu" znaczy tu "tylko do wiadomości sądu" - czyli te informacje nie mogą być na przykład odczytywane podczas rozprawy. Ponieważ jednak w oryginale nie ma tego "tyllko", dodanie "only" pozostawiam do decyzji Pytającej.
