Polish term or phrase: z zastrzezeniem
I am having a problem with the Polish expression “Z zastrzezeniem” such as in this sentence: “Z zastrzezeniem postanowien ogolnych warunkow ubezpieczenia i zalacznikow do umowy strony uzgodnily, ze ...” which, if translated literally means “with reservation”, but if you do something with reservation, you do it even though you are not sure of it. So, correct me if I am wrong, but I think another meaning of this, legal meaning, is, as in my translation “Pursuant to general policy conditions and appendices hereto, the Parties hereby resolve that …” Please confirm that “z zastrzezeniem” can be translated as “pursuant to”.
