Tez czesto spotykane, aczkolwiek, prosze zauwazyc, czesto wystepuje w cudzyslowiu
IMO 'to defect' (sprzeniewierzyc sie, zdradzic) jest nieco mocne. troche niefortunne w stosunku do klienta, ktorego przeciez nalezy szanowac. Cudzyslow to jakby "zmiekcza", wiec uwazam, ze tak tez mozna
