all links using the word 'non-public' are from Polish websites, not the best translation of 'niepubliczny'. A better word to use is private as in this example-
.."Private, nonpublic, or independent schools do not receive governmental funding and are usually administered by denominational or secular boards."

Therefore my suggestion to use word 'private' instead.

If one was going to use the word "non-public", then I think one should add non-public funded, and then it makes more sense, instead of just non-public, as that translation would not make sense- i.e. it is for the public after all.

Therefore my suggestion to use -private- an institution which uses private means of funding, and is therefore a " private healthcare institution ". Many examples of private healthcare institution on the web.

And as Dr Palka suggested- institution/ facility.

disagree  Polangmar: Niepubliczny zakład opieki zdrowotnej to po prostu przychodnia. Nie jest to instytut, co potwierdza 14 (sic!) wystąpień: http://tinyurl.com/ykz8rfc I nie zawsze jest on prywatny. || Zarówno "institute", jak i "private", to błędne tłumaczenia.
