TechLawDC: The patient was discharged from the hospital ... (not just "discharged"). "check self out" and "discharge self" are incorrect, and seem to me to be 100% nonsense.

~Ania~: Czyli tłumacząc w drugą stronę „pacjent został wypisany ze szpitala na żądanie", a jak wobec tego oddasz „pacjent wypisał się"? To, że nie można się samemu wypisać nie ma tu nic do rzeczy, zarówno w Anglii jak i w Polsce musi to zrobić personel szpitala.
