rany, w życiu nie cwiczylam na Atlasie. Ale przypuszczam, ze to ma sens - przeciez sily trzeba odzyskac, a to diabelstwo na pewno wyrabia krzepę i rozciąga i cudeńka robi....

pragnę zaznaczyć, że w Polsce Atlas jest traktowany jako sprzęt rehabilitacyjny

O nowy sprzęt wzbogaciło się wronieckie Koło Pomocy Dzieciom Niepełnosprawnym. Od początku padziernika w salce rehabilitacyjnej działają dwa przyrządy do ćwiczeń - \"atlas\" oraz \"wiolarz\".

Pytanie jest - ćwiczenia na Atlasie. A ja tu widzę neutrale, które nijak się mają do pytanai.Ktoś Askerce wpisał, \"ćwiczenia na Atlasie\" - komentarze są w ogole obok tematu.
