raczej w ten sposób, albo piszą też diaphragmatic/abdominal breathing, diaphragmatic-abdominal breathing. MIchał dobrze wyjaśnił istotę oddychania "przeponowego". Może dodam, że oddychanie praktycznie zawsze jest przeponowe, chyba, że przepona jest porażona, to wtedy dodatkowe mięśnie coś tam pooddychają, ale żyć się z tym bez maszyny nie da. Tak z mojej działki, jest to typowy tor oddychania niemowląt. A linków jest kilkadziesiąt tysięcy, więc głupio jeden przytaczać.
