wycofuję się z tego co wcześniej napisałem,
Jeśli to coś pobrano z piszczeli lub z biodra w celu uzupełnienia ubytku/odbudowy kości to byłoby to:
corticocancellous bone blocks/grafts

ale jeśli to ma być belka i jest z metalu to by było "rod", tyle że wtedy nie za bardzo ma to sens, nie wiem co zrobić z tą nieszczęsną belką coś mi się tu nie zgadza
czy to nie jest przypadkiem literówka
blokami -> belkami
