Cerebral injury presents variably and depends on the severity of the injury, and the stage of evolution of complications. Symptoms include listlessness, headache, high pitched \"cerebral\" cry, vomiting, fits, apnoeic attacks, and cardiopulmonary arrest. Most cerebral injury occurs due to a shaking or shaking impact injury. Such children do not always have overt evidence of abuse, such as bruising, on admission and the initial clinical impression is that of a \"medical\" cause for the symptoms, e.g. meningitis or near-miss cot death.

The probable wi lie speech centres are all supplied by the left middle cerebral cry. When this artery is blocked close to its origin by an bolus or thrombus, total aphasia results. It may be, however, ft only one of the smaller branches of the artery is obstructed, I, according to the region of the brain to which this branch, Listnibuted, one or more of the speech centres maybe destroyed. elusion of the left posterior cerebral artery causes extensive tening of the occipital lobe and produces pure word blindness. rther, a tumour, abscess, haemorrhage or meningitis may be situated as to damage or destroy the individual speech centres their connecting commissures.

‘High-pitched’ or ‘cerebral cry’ indicates great pain due to brain inflammation. The total oblivion of these researchers to the encephalitogenic effects of the acellular vaccines administered to such young babies is quite incredible.
