Polish term or phrase: Ty nie pic za duzo, Ty uwazac na siebie, dobrze ?

My Polish friend said this to me. My dictionary wont translate it. :)

English translation:Don't drink too much. Take care of yourself, OK?

Explanation:
More or less that's what it means. Just one more comment - the correkt wersion woud be rather Nie pij za dużo, Uwazaj na siebie, dobrze?
