Myślę, że chodzi o "księgę ruchu chorych", ale jak to przetłumaczyć to nie wiem - strzelam jak wyżej (oczywiście to tylko nieśmiała propozycja). Zamieszczam link do źródła - troszkę kontekstu się znajdzie dla sprawdzenia, czy o to chodzi :)

"Znajoma pani magister" mówi, że nie ma pojęcia, czy coś takiego występuje w języku angielskim, a Polsce natomiast jest to dział zajmujący się przyjmowaniem i wypisywaniem chorych oraz wszelkimi terminami z tym związanymi. |
