Jeszcze inaczej: LAD jest generalnie drożna, z tym, że w segmencie 6 jest zwężona o 60-70%, natomiast tuż za punktem/miejscem odejścia gałęzi D1 (która jest cienka i zwężona ostialnie o 90%) LAD zwęża się bardziej, a to zwężenie [za tym punktem odejścia gałęzi D1] wynosi 95%.
Tak więc "ostial stenosis 90% to the thin D1 branch" mniej więcej oddaje sens części zdania, ale nie bardzo da się wpasować w całość, więc trzeba ten fragment przetłumaczyć bardziej dosłownie.
