W poligrafii wyparł najpierw aparat reprodukcyjny, później stoły montażowe. Do lamusa odchodzi (trochę szkodliwy dla środowiska, niemniej mający coś z magii) proces fotochemiczny, skanery bębnowe pokrywają się kurzem.
