czyżby to był skrót myślowy i chodzi o druk płaski?

Moim zdaniem chodzi o "tłoczenie", a więc proponuję "flat stamping" jako ogólniejsze od "printing" (skoro kontekstu za bardzo nie masz...).

Dlatego użyłam "stamping" - bo nie tylko do metali, ale też do spraw okołodrukarskich się nadaje. ;)
No ale najlepiej zawsze zapytać Klienta.

Asker: też myślałam w pierwszej chwili, że chodzi o tłoczenie, ale nic "naookoło" nie wskazuje, że w ogóle oferują wytłaczanie. chyba muszę ich o to zapytać, bo nigdzie indziej czegoś takiego nie znalazła. :(
Asker: a - najważniejsze: tu chodzi o drukarnię, więc metal stamping odpada :(
Asker: Klient stwierdził, żeby wpisać w tym miejscu "die-cutter", to wpisałam. Wzdech. A odpowiedzi jak nie było, tak nie ma.
